New Dog Friend

There aren't as many dog walkers that stroll past our house but we see plenty at the park. Our neighbors have a pair too, named Abby and Niko. Whenever the Bear hears a bark he says, "Abby!" or "Niko!"

We had brunch at the home of one of Mike's new colleagues (she and her husband have been extremely warm and welcoming.) They have a shih tzu named Emma. The Bear took to her toys and beds immediately. Here's how it went:

"Look, I can stand in your bed!"

"I can even lie in it! See, I fit!"

"Or better yet, I can wear it as a hat!"

When she finally claimed her bed the Bear returned all of her toys to her:

The entire time she was thinking something like, "Who is this strange creature?"
