When we moved to our new state we didn't hook the T.V. up for almost 4 months. It was really nice. We read a lot, we played outside a lot...but there were moments when I needed a break. So some afternoons while cooking dinner I would find a Baby Einstein video on youtube and let him watch it. He really likes them...and it is such a great way for me to get something done without a constant distraction (a cute distraction but a distraction nonetheless).
